MHPOA Annual Meeting & Election July 8th @ Frisch Auf! Valley Country Club

The MHPOA will hold its annual meeting on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Frisch Auf! Valley Country Club, in the Valley View Room, located at 575 Country Club Drive in La Grange, Texas.
Three Directors will need to be elected this year. The Board of Directors has certified three Association members, Jennifer Bernshausen, Rebecca Danford, and Judy Otto, as candidates for election. On the ballot form, you may also specify the name(s) of individual(s) you would like to nominate as candidate(s) for election, all for a two-year term ending in July 2028. There will also be an opportunity at the annual meeting to nominate other individuals as candidates for the three available positions.
All property owners are encouraged to attend this annual meeting. If a property owner is unable to attend, the Bylaws of the Association, Article 3, Section 3.06 provide that a member may vote by proxy or by mail. Enclosed are your proxy and ballot forms. If you will not be attending the meeting, please return either a proxy form OR a ballot, but not both, by July 6th, 2026. Proxy or ballot forms may be mailed to Monument Hill Property Owners Association, 100 Country Club Drive, La Grange, Texas, 78945 or placed in the payment box on the front porch of the Association/Water District office located at 100 Country Club Drive in La Grange.
If you attend the meeting after you have sent in your proxy or ballot, you will be able to reclaim your proxy or ballot at the door, and/or change your vote, if you desire.
