Bill Payment Options

Fayette County WCID-Monument Hill & the Monument Hill Property Owners Association offer a variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 

Pay your Water Bill Online OR through our 800 number

In our efforts to better serve you, you can now pay your water bill online or by phone by use a credit/debit card or E-checks. We accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and ACH.  All credit/debit card transactions will be charged a 3% convenience fee.  E-checks will incur a $1.00 transaction charge.  Payments by phone can be made by calling our dedicated water payment toll free number (877-556-1967), 24 hours a day.  To pay your bill online or by phone, you will need to know your water account number and the current amount duePlease note:  all account numbers will need to be entered in a three digit numerical format (for example:  Account # 1 would need to be entered as 001; Account # 20 would need to be entered as 020).

Pay Your MHPOA Quarterly Dues Online OR Through Our 800 Number

You may now pay your MHPOA Quarterly Dues online, or by phone, by using a credit/debit card or E-checks.  Payments by phone can be made by calling our dedicated MHPOA dues payment toll free number (877-589-9706), 24 hours a day.  We accept Visa, MC, Discover, American Express and ACH.  All credit/debit card payments will be charged a 4% convenience fee and E-checks will be charged a $1.00 transaction charge. To pay your bill online or by phone you will need to know your MHPOA account number and the current amount duePlease note:  all account numbers will need to be entered in a three digit numerical format only (for example:  Account # MH001 would need to be entered as 001; Account # MH020 would need to be entered as 020).

Payment By Mail

If paying your water bill by check or money order through the mail, please note your account number on your check or money order.  To avoid a minimum $10 late fee, please mail your payment at least three to five business days before the due date.  Payments are due by the 15th of each month.

If paying your MHPOA quarterly dues through the mail, please note your property address or your account number on your check.  Quarterly dues are due by January 31st, April 30th, July 31st and October 31st.  Members have one month to pay their dues, after which a 1.5% finance charge will be assessed for each month that they remain past due.   

 

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill or MHPOA quarterly dues.

WATER BILL - With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on or after the 10th of every month and credited to your utility account.

MHPOA DUES - With this service, the amount of your quarterly dues is automatically deducted from your bank account on or after January 10th, April 10th, July 10th and October 10th of each year and credited to your account. 

There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up ACH Bank Draft, simply click on the links below (one for Water, one for MHPOA), download, print and fill out the appropriate "ACH Authorization Agreement for Direct Payments" form, and drop it off or mail it to our office.  Please do not email a scanned copy of this form as we can not guarantee the security of your information when sent to us in this format.

 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your water bill and/or MHPOA dues in person at our office address during our normal office hours of Monday - Thursday, 8 am to Noon, or you can drop it off 24 hours a day/7 days a week in the payment drop box attached to the front of the office building, under the porch. We accept cash, check, or money orders.  PLEASE NOTE: we do not have the ability to make change. Overpayments will be credited to the appropriate account to which you are making a payment.  We can not apply the overpayment of a water bill to your MHPOA dues or vice versa.

 

Payment Through Your Financial Institution's Online Bill Pay (if offered by your bank)

Many financial institutions offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
